Properties of Polycarbonate / Lexan® plastic washers

Cannon Gasket cuts Polycarbonate / Lexan® plastic washers to your drawing in durometer and thickness specifications of 0.010" to 0.500" thickness. Good resistance to mineral acids, dilute bases, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Polycarbonate / Lexan® tolerances and customization

Standard dimensional tolerances on Polycarbonate / Lexan® plastic washersland around ±0.010" to ±0.015" on OD and ID, depending on material durometer and thickness. Tighter tolerances are available on select grades. Cannon Gasket cuts Polycarbonate / Lexan® to custom profiles in-house and matches lead times to your production volume. How Polycarbonate Performs

When to Choose Another Material

For higher chemical resistance, PTFE. For tighter dimensional stability under load, Delrin.
