Fluorosilicone tolerances and customization

Standard dimensional tolerances on Fluorosilicone rubber washersland around ±0.010" to ±0.015" on OD and ID, depending on material durometer and thickness. How Fluorosilicone Performs in Washer Applications

When Another Material Is the Better Specification

Silicone when chemical contact is not a concern (more economical). Buna-N at moderate temperatures with oil only.
